There is an application fee of $50.00 per adult. Things to expect prior to moving in: - A security deposit will have to be paid in FULL and the lease agreement will need to be signed to reserve a unit for you for up to 30 days. - Security deposits range between the minimum amount of 1 month's rent to the maximum amount of 2 month's rent. - You will be required to get all utilities not included in your rent turned on with services to begin on or prior to your move in date. - You will be required to have a renter's insurance policy prior to moving in. - Your first full month's rent PLUS any prorated rent for early move ins will be due on or before your day of move in.
