This unit was renovated recently. Most of the unit is carpeted. Bathroom and kitchen both have tiled floors. Kitchen has extra storage space and updated amenities, with granite countertops. The balcony is very spacious so you can entertain your guests while enjoying the lake view. There is also space in the backyard by the lake for barbecues if you need more space to entertain guests.
The unit is located close to the game room in the building, where people hang out and play pool and other board games. This room can also be used for guests if you want to invite people and need extra space.
There are 4 washers and dryers in the building, and they are usually available without issues. We were a little concerned about not having washer/dryer in the unit when we got this place, but it actually works better because you can get your laundry done, dried and put away without leaving a big pile of clothes in the unit itself!
This home was perfect for us as a couple. We don't think we would have found a more convenient home than this, as it is centrally located and close to downtown, beaches, shops, and freeway exits.
The unit has plenty of storage space. The jacket/shoe closet is right at the entrance. The kitchen also has extra cabinets. The bedroom has a large closet, and comes installed with a super convenient metal closet system to keep everything organized.
