Edgewater Villas is located 1/4 Mile East of Ridge and 45th Street North in the Maize School District! Edgewater Villas features our Molly, Baxter, Charley, Amora and Maxine Plans. The residences feature quartz countertops, tile backsplash, luxury vinyl flooring, and neutral finishes. All kitchen appliances included. ** Select properties with refrigerators will include an additional monthly fee **. Tenant pays all utilities, HOA is responsible for mowing and sprinkler system.
