Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment is a short drive from the Florida Aquarium, famous restaurants, and riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. The apartment is also near University Mall, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and Adventure Island. The apartment is located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. USF is 2.2 miles away, MOSI is 4.2 miles away, Busch Gardens Tampa is 4.5 miles away, Takomah Trail Park is 5.1 miles away, and Lettuce Lake Park is 5.9 miles away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. A fee of up to $300 may be incurred if you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds.
