Property
I loved the location & the layout of the property. It is a bit dated from everything around it and they’re all lined from wall to wall in carpet. If you can look past those things this place is awesome! I’m sending in my app even as we speak. I LOVE the “at home” feel and the location is perfect right outside the West Village! I’ll be able to walk to Starbucks every day!
Management
My leasing agent Ashley was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. She answered all my questions and even told me things I didn’t think to ask. She’s one of the reasons I’m sending my app in as well. I spoke to the manager briefly in passing, but she seemed really nice. She had a smile on her face so that’s always a good thing.
