Our large open concept common area is perfect for relaxing after class or having friends over for dinner. Each pet-friendly apartment is fully furnished with a modern furniture package. Your new home will also include all the major appliances such as refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and in-unit washer and dryer. High-speed internet, extended cable, water, and sewer service are all included in your regular monthly rental installment. Located less than a half mile from the university, Gamecock Village makes commuting to class quick and easy. Walk to campus in a few short minutes or catch a ride on the Gamecock Express Shuttle that picks up and drops off at our property. When you're not in class or exploring the surrounding Jacksonville area, take advantage of our community amenities such as our resort-style pool, free tanning, sand volleyball court, basketball court, fire pit, fitness center, and brand new resident clubhouse featuring a game room with billiards and foosball, study library with computer stations and study spaces.
