The leases go month to month after the initial 3 month lease. These particular studio style rooms have a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, oven, and microwave. Pets are typically not allowed but are considered on a case by case basis. If approved, a pet addendum and pet fee will also be required. For many of the available rooms , there isn't a good place to walk your pet on the property. However some rooms have a backdoor to a grassy area. A $500 security deposit is required with approved credit. To qualify you will need a 650 credit score (or close) with 6 years of established credit and paystubs to prove the market rent 3 times within a month ($3000) and no criminal background.
