Just 2 blocks from King Street Station, serving Amtrak, and Sounder Commuter trains. With-in walking distance of Lumen Field/ Event Center, T-Mobile Park. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs. Cats are welcome. There is a $50 utility fee for water, sewer, and garbage.
