One bedroom is located on the main floor, and the second is located downstairs in the basement. 1333 N Alberta Street includes a private patio area for year-round outdoor enjoyment! Additional amenities include one off-street parking space. This unit is not an Accessible Dwelling Unit. The landlord provides garbage and landscaping for common areas. The resident is responsible for electricity, water/sewer, and all other utilities. Water/sewer is billed back to residents using a RUBS system dependent on occupancy. The residents are responsible for maintaining personal patios. $1,900.00 per month, $1,900.00 fully refundable security deposit. To reserve the property, a tenant will be required to pay the household security deposit. The first month with be prorated. Proof of renter's insurance is required before move-in. One-year lease. No smoking. Cats and dogs 20 lbs. and under are welcome (with exceptions upon landlord review). Maximum of 2 pets with a $35 rent increase per month for each animal and an increased deposit of $35 for each animal. Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. The open Application Period for this property begins on 11/15/2024 at 4:20 PM PST which is 72 hours after the notice of unit availability was originally posted. If an application is received prior to the Open Application Period, the City of Portland requires that Landlords apply an 8-hour penalty to the time an application was received.
