This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit features all of the modern conveniences such as washer and dryers in the unit, dishwashers, hardwood flooring, fireplace, and even a private deck. A designated off-street parking space for $125/month if available. We are offering this spacious, light-filled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on a 12 month Lease Term with a $150 per month utility fee for water/sewer/garbage. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. This building is no smoking and no dogs, cats are welcome.
