If you would like to fill out an application, you can go online to RentCafe.com, search 46254 and then scroll down to Guion Creek Apartments. Once you are there you can click APPLY. The application fee is $30 payable on the website (Even if there is 2 applicants it is still one fee of $30). Once I receive the completed application, I will need 2 paystubs and a copy of your ID sent back to my email. We are a Small, Quiet Apartment Community located off Guion Road and 59th Street in Indianapolis. We do not have an office onsite. Our office is located in Plainfield Indiana. All appointments must be scheduled to view. We have only 42 units. 2 bedroom 2 baths at 1200 sq. ft. with garages which start at $1,095. 2 bedroom 1 baths at 850 sq. ft. some with garages which start at $895. 1 bedroom 1 baths at 650 sq. ft. which start at $795 You can contact Donna and she will give you information.
