Second floor consists of three bedrooms, each with its own balcony, TV & AC unit, 1 private bathroom connect to the master room and 1 shared bathroom for the two bedrooms, along with the washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. The home includes fast WIFI, instant hot water system, fully furnished and ready to move in. The home includes 2 parking spots. The condo is located behind 2 sets of gates, making you, your family, and friends extremely safe. We are flexible on the term of the lease. The security deposit, first and last month's rent must be paid prior to occupancy. Upon payment of a deposit, we will hold a vacancy by written agreement. Each adult (everyone 18 years or older) that plans to live in the property must fully complete a separate application and pay the application fee. Tenant is responsible all utilities, water, Telephone, cable TV & internet, monthly cleaning service, exterminator, A/C cleaning, and community dues. Pet policy - additional $500/deposit + $50/month rental fee
