Illegal Activity Tenant shall not engage in, nor permit others to engage in, any illegal activity on or around the premises, including but not limited to the manufacture, sale, possession, or distribution of illegal substances. 7. Late Fees If rent is not received by the due date, a late fee of $20.00 per day shall be assessed for each day the rent remains unpaid, not to exceed $200.00 per month.
