This condo features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living area. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer and a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The covered balcony offers a serene view of the golf course, adding to the charm of this beautiful home. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience at Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses. Booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, just outside the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is just 8 miles away. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We welcome children of all ages, but the home is not baby-proofed. We welcome one house-trained dog with prior approval and a pet fee. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No third-party bookings are allowed, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during quiet hours. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home, and report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community.
