No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation may stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited on the property. Report any damages immediately. The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly.
