The living area has an old hardwood floor that has been refinished. It is across the street from a Taco Bell and .6 miles North of the Ohio State Campus. The lease begins on Move-in, and ends July 31st, 2026. Rent is due on the 15th of each month with a five-day grace period on payments until the 21st. If the account balance on the 21st is greater than $100 a late fee of $50 is charged. Tenants have the option to renew at any time. For the utilities, tenants are responsible for electric(AEP), gas(Columbia Gas), and any additional services such as internet, TV, and phone. An application fee of $30 per person is collected for a credit check. Credit checks do not consider medical or student loans. We check rental history with current and previous residences.
