Management
Christine (Owner/Property Manager of unit) was incredibly responsive and communicative, and provided excellent updates and feedback. She presented her unit (one of four that she and her husband - with whom I also coincidentally had the opportunity to meet - own at 800 S Dakota) very well, carried herself very professionally (but in a "warmly approachable" manner), and operated transparently and with a tremendous amount of integrity (considering prospective renters in the order in which she was contacted, etc.). One would be quite fortunate to have her as "landlord"!
