The neighborhood is very walkable, and with just a short walk to parks in the area, it's an ideal location for dog owners. All apartments here are two-bedroom/two-bathroom apartments fully renovated in the 2010s. Every apartment features either a balcony or patio sitting area. These apartments have a full kitchen suite (dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven).
