This condo is located on 2nd floor in nice and quiet neighborhood.It is last apartment on dead end street.Building has an elevator. It is dead end unit so there is a very nice private porch with table and chairs Very close to Countryside mall. 15 minutes from beaches and 7 minutes from Dunedin downtown. Everything is included in rent( even internet)beside electrical bill. Condo has a storage, carport. nice picnic area, swimming pool and tennis court. We do background checking. To move you in you need $1000 safety deposit, 1st rent, $150 association new tenant fee. This is very nice location with easy access to many important spots. Small dogs(up to 25lb) and cats friendly. Renter is responsible for electric bill. Free internet for and basic cable tv. Everything else is included in monthly rent fee.
