Cozy detached studio cottage located just up the hill in Kaimuki, on Wilhelmina Drive. Studio is located just across from the main house, downstairs from the garage. While the unit does not have cooking facilities, you are welcome to bring your own microwave or instant pot. There is no actual kitchen facility - no sink, stove or cabinets just a refrigerator. The only water feature is the bathroom sink or shower. The cottage includes a private bathroom, with access to a shared laundry room just off the bathroom, featuring a full-sized washer and dryer (shared with the main house). One open parking space is available at the end of the driveway, with additional street parking nearby. Utilities include electricity, water, hot water and sewer - tenant to cover internet and cable (separately metered). No smoking or pets, please. Tenants will need to have renter's insurance in place prior to moving into the property.
