The unit has wood and tile floors with 9' cealings, full dinging area, built in linen closest in both bathrooms and ceiling fans in the master and living room. The tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Assigned covered parking and guest parking. Nonsmoker. Association has a no tenant pet policy that might have been lifted. All pets must be no more than 25 lbs. and registered with the association. I am ok with a small pet if the association allows it. Winchester is a quiet, well managed and well maintained community in a great location. I am looking for a tenant that respects the other residents and enjoys a quite peaceful standard of living. The downstairs tenant is elderly and lives her daughter and small dog. I require 3 months paystubs or verifiable sustainable income with a bank statement. Must have a rental reference in good standing in writing with a valid phone number. Minimum FICO score 650.
