Lake Park Co-living Rooms

$120 Credit on first month's rent to cover application fees! 6-month leases available! At Lake Park we offer 4 bedroom 4 bathroom condos which can either be rented as a whole or by the room! INDIVIDUAL LEASES AVAILABLE! Come by yourself or with friends! Each condo has 4 private bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom and walk in closet. In the shared common area you'll find a living/dining area, kitchen, and patio area. Each condo also includes a washer/dryer. The kitchen offers nice cabinet space and comes equipped with refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. When you rent a room at Lake Park you also have access to the community amenities! We have a community pool, basketball courts, and sand volleyball court. Our office is currently situated in one of the condos here at Lake Park, so feel free to come by and take a tour! These rooms are single occupancy. The application fee is $120 per person over the age of 18 and the deposit is equal to the monthly rent. We do allow guarantors for full time students (The application fee for guarantors is $70). Interior of the condo(Flooring, paint colors, cabinets, appliances) vary by unit. No pets allowed.
