Each unit has a private deck overlooking a stream and wooded area. Available unit is an upper unit and will be available as soon as April 8th, 2025. Rent is $550 PER PERSON for two people or $1,100 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. All units include a full size washer and dryer. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants. Lease would begin April 8th, 2025 and run through July 28th, 2025. Lease is renewable for August 2025 through July 2026 at the same rate. The unit is not available for August only move in.
