At the end of the lease, tenant must notify the landlord 60 days in advance on if they will be renewing the lease or leaving, if the tenant decide to leave then the tenant will allow the showing of the apartment within 60 days timeframe. $250 Pet deposit is non refundable, If the tenant decide to terminate the lease early then remainder of the lease must be paid.
