Management
I met with Dexter, the owner of the unit. He was very kind during every interaction. Being that this is the first time I have been apartment hunting on my own, coming from a recent separation from a long-term relationship, Dexter was also very helpful. He directed me to a lot of things that people would (I imagine) typically check when looking for a new home. I had my 3 kids with me, thinking the unit was a 1 bedroom per the ad, but he was very accommodating of us. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had meeting with a property manager. Very genuine, not pushy or rude.

Property
It was very quiet, despite being near the freeway and an active roadway. It was also breezy. I'm not sure if it was the Hawaii winter kicking in, but I liked it. I'm a fan of the cold. The property was well maintained for being as old as the owner had said, being that the owner previously lived in the unit for many years. I love the stacked washer/dryer in the unit. As a single mom, I appreciate having easy access to laundry facilities. The apartment was roomy for a studio yet cozy. It really feels like it could make a great home.
