The building will undergo some exterior enhancements, including spalling repairs and fresh exterior paint, from October 27, 2025 to December 10, 2025 (weather permitting). During this time, balcony and parking access will be unavailable from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and the pool will be closed for the duration of the project. To keep your space comfortable and private, sliding doors and curtains should remain closed to minimize dust. Some noise and vibrations may occur during work hours.
