The apartment was completely renovated several years ago, but maintains some of the original details, such as the leaded glass windows in 2 rooms and the original columns between rooms. Additional fees may apply due to special conditions, such as pets. We will require applications to be filled out and references will be checked prior to lease signing. Must show proof of income.
