Upon entering, you go up a half-flight of stairs. Turn left to find the spacious living room that flows into the updated kitchen, which also has the hookups for a washer and electric dryer. Turn right to find surprisingly large storage closet, both bedrooms, updated bathroom, and utility closet. NO pet cats, dogs, or anything else with fur. NO smoking. We do charge an application fee of $40 per adult to check background, references, and credit. All adults who would live in the unit must apply.
