With easy access to downtown and each college, you'll have everything you need within minutes. This apartment is fully renovated along with a W/D. It can be fully furnished if needed! Dogs are welcome! Backyard firepit and grill available for use also. Utilities are $300/month and include internet, water/electric, trash. This is paid to landlord (no utilities deposit needed or need to set up utilities). Pets are welcome but a deposit is required. 30-60-90 day leases available or longer with additional fee, depending on length. No smoking allowed inside.
