The Northgate Vista is a quiet 13-unit building in a well-situated location in the Northgate area. There are great opportunities for transportation, shopping and, at some point, great access to the new light rail station near the Northgate mall. This recently updated South facing unit is on the top floor and has a small deck that faces East, There is new kitchen with quartz counters, undermount sink, new lighting and newer appliances, including a dishwasher and a built-in microwave.
