We were frankly disappointed. The pictures did not accurately describe the unit. it made it look much much nicer than it actually was. For one thing, the pictures in the listing showed it being on the ground floor, however the unit was actually on the second floor. Consequently there was no back patio or way to have have a charcoal / gas grill. The walls were painted a much darker color than it looked from the pictures. I was expecting a light cream; they were actually more of a medium beige. Not shown in pictures was a very odd "door" between the master bedroom and the Florida room - not really a door at all, nothing but vertical blinds! Also the oven in the kitchen was positively ancient. All of this made it a NoGo for us. We would perhaps reconsider for a lower monthly rent and permission to repaint in a much lighter color.
Management
I am sure the two gentlemen who unlocked the door were very nice but we really didn't get a chance to find out as they pretty much ignored us. The few questions we asked were met with little more than blank stares as they did not live in complex and had no idea about anything regarding living there.
