Gas/electric activation through PG&E is a requirement, and wifi connectivity is optional and must be funded/installed by the resident. One carport parking space is provided. Amenities: Your rental agreement will include community laundry (new machines, payable by app), reserved parking space, and an on-site manager. Deposits: For qualifying applicants, the security deposits range from $740-$1900 depending on credit sceening, credit history, and income compared to our qualifying threshold. Pets: While pets are allowed, we have some restrictions on quantity (1 dog or 1 cat) and size (30lbs or less). We also require an additional deposit of $400 as well monthly pet rent of $50.
