The living area features floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors leading to a private balcony where you can take in the ocean breeze and stunning coastal scenery. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. For an additional fee of $149, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request from 9 am to 3 pm. An additional daily amenity fee (depending on the season) will be charged upon check-in at the Front-Desk: Jan.1 _ March 12 _ $10 + tax, March 13 _ May 20 _ $15 + tax, May 21 _ Aug 9 _ $20 +tax, Aug 10 _ Dec 31 _ $10 + tax. Adventure Cove Waterpark is also nearby. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license copy upon booking.
