In 4/23-new washer/dryer added, new 43" smart HDTV in den, new 32" smart HDTV in master bedroom added, 7/21-new refrigerator, 11/20 - new roof! 1/21 - new stairs and porch, new HVAC in 6/22, new 43" smart HDTV in den, and recently decorated in beachy decor. 1 min. Walk to ocean! You can see ocean from house. This beach house is ~5 min. From MI Marshwalk, and ~10 min. South of Myrtle Beach! Print out form, answer completely all questions and show proof of employment with 2 most recent pay stubs.

2 - sign our vacation rental agreement lease form (mailed to you).
3 - pay all monthly rent and RSD (up front) via credit card info to owner. Owner runs your card for the first months rent and RSD.
