Queen Emma Gardens

Since I have lived in the same building for 20 years, I noted that the original electric stove was still in the apartment which they stated was working, but would also use a lot more electricity. Also, since it is on the 3rd floor facing a very busy street that people can look into the apartment, the window covering was minimum and any one could see right in when the lights were on. All that was put up was 3 panels of different light see through cloth. The carpeting in the bedroom per the agent was clean and you could still see dirt. He commented that it was much dirtier before they cleaned it. The air conditioning unit installed in the bedroom looked like it was leaning outwards and I would question the last time that was cleaned out. The bathroom has all the original toilet, sink and tub. The tub did not look inviting. Plus some of the tiles needed to be replaced and caulked.
