The guest suite includes a king bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom accessible via the hallway. The third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed and smart TV. Parking is available with a fee for two parking passes and wristbands, which is included in the total amount. This condo's prime Gulf-front location provides easy access to local restaurants, entertainment venues, and Gulf Shores State Park. Waterfront eateries, nightlife options, and Gulf Shores State Park are all within walking distance, offering endless opportunities for exploration. The condo is equipped with complimentary WiFi and an in-home washer/dryer. Smoking is prohibited in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violators. For check-ins from March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
