This unit is at the heart of West Hollywood, just a 5-minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, a farmers' market, nightlife, and close to anything else you might need. The unit is at the back of the building so it's extremely quiet and private despite its proximity to everything. Furnished or unfurnished is an option, please let us know what you need when you inquire. The unit has an in-unit washer and dryer, a full size fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, and several countertop appliances that you are welcome to use. The washer and refrigerator are both brand new. The unit has AC and heating, a large flat screen TV with soundbar, and tons of storage space. You will have access to the pool and spa in the complex. The pool is only heated between Memorial Day and Labor Day but is accessible year round. You will also have access to a single parking space in the garage and can get permits for street parking. Owner pays for sewer, trash, and water. Renter pays for electric and internet/cable (optional). Lease must be 12 months then transitions to month-to-month. No smoking allowed. Small dog allowed for a fee.
