Only registered guests can use the amenities, and they are not for commercial use. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations. Unauthorized animals or pets incur a $250 fee. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction from the property. Local guests must inform at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay, or the reservation will be canceled without refund.
