Dogs are welcome with a pet fee, but must be 18 months or older and weigh less than 35 lbs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and any signs of paws or fur may result in a cleaning fee. All waste must be picked up before checkout, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking are found indoors. If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost.
