Select suites include dark or light laminate flooring, plush carpets, upgraded cabinets, new appliances, new countertop, large balconies, master bedrooms with additional balconies off bedrooms. Small in-suite storage areas are included.Springhill is a locked, secure building equipped with an intercom system, and illuminated parking in electrified designated spots. The building is wheel chair accessible for ground floor suites, offers card operated laundry facilities on each floor, and guest parking. Cats are permitted.
