Property needed a paint job, there was flat paint on the walls, with patches of glossy, that we very noticeable. The patio had water damage to the wall, and needed repair. The neighborhood was questionable, until a person walking down the street lit up what appeared to be a blunt, and all of our questions were answered. This was not the apartment for us, especially in this price range.
