Some of the pros to this unit is it is on a golf course, minutes away from King Soopers, Home depot, Lowes, and many dining areas. It is also walking distance from downtown Littleton, the light rail, and the platte river trail. This is an ideal spot for a couple,roommates, or just living high on the single life! Asking 2300 a month with 1000 security deposit. Utilities include water, trash, landscaping, and recycling. Electricity and heat are on yourself. Dogs are allowed but no cats. There is no fenced-in yard but several dog parks within 10 minutes of location. Renters insurance is not needed, but advise in case of a destructive incident. Looking for tennents for August 1st. Will prorate if can't move in right away. Background will be conducted on all parties 18 and older residing.
