The house was pretty dirty when I showed up, like they hadn't cleaned it yet. The kitchen being the worst, the fridge filled with spills and dirt. Maybe they didn't get to the property yet, that's fine. But the apartment is pretty tiny itself, the one bedroom barely big enough to fit a bed into. It doesn't make sense why they are asking $650 for an tiny older building, with no water access.
