Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. This property is located in Friendship, a Pittsburgh neighborhood known for large Victorian houses. It is blocks from the busway near the intersection of Centre and Baum, within easy walking distance of several neighborhood shops and stores, and right around the corner from Aldi, Crazy Mocha and Right Aid. It is across the street from Market District and a few blocks from Whole Foods, the shops on Walnut, East Liberty Target, Shadyside Hospital, and Carnegie Library. The tenants share a covered front porch and partially fenced back yard. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. The 2nd and third floor apartments have on street parking. The first floor has a garage. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions.
