     Management

She is very communicative and has responded to me with professionalism every time I have needed to call her.

     Property

The interior appeared to be professionally decorated. I was in love with it. The pool area was a deal-breaker however.. Even though the building is adjacent to a college and children's hospital, the neighborhood, as did all of St. Petersburg, had a very clean, safe feel and is walkable.

     Management

The owner was accommodating and friendly.
