    The individual we interacted with was not very friendly or informative. We had many questions and this seemed to be an annoyance. The office also seemed very busy. We got the impression that we would not be well cared for after a leased was signed. We don't need management to dote on our every need, but we could not be confident that if an issue arose we'd be taken care of with understanding, whether it be an emergency, a leaky faucet, or negotiating rent renewal. We were also asked if we wanted to start an application (which is a couple hundred), before we'd seen a model or asked further questions about what it is like to live there.
