Affordable, older units in a historic building set above a retail shopclose to everything but snuggled safely in a secure building. Walk up the old wooden stairs, peeling old walls with years of paint and yesterday's charm. The unit boasts some new, some old, and some in-between. The building was originally built by Ammon Rabeck in l9l9 and was, for a time, the Waddell Bike Shop. Oscar Kincy bought the store in l922. Kincy came from Texas and first worked at Olympia Hardware. The Kincy family operated the store until l982 at this and another location. The business was engaged in general hardware sales and later included pumps and well-drilling. The upstairs was historically and continues to be apartments.
