Property
Both apartments I viewed were immaculately clean although one was more updated than the other. The kitchen counter in the latter had a seam that was coming apart at a corner - unsightly. The hallways and elevators in the two buildings varied, also. One building had a darker more dimly lit hallway while the other was bright and had a nicer carpet and with what looked like sturdier more attractive front doors to each unit. Elevator in one building had a more shabby appearance. Appliances did not match in one apartment. I was told that the building I have mentioned will be undergoing updating to its hallways.
Management
I cannot express what a pleasure and help it was to deal with such a lovely person. I had to call and visit the office several times and was always treated courteously. Patient, friendly, personable, informative - these are all characteristics that describe the property manager.
