Property
For the price point they were offering, the amenities were great! I would recommend to friends and family, I was looking for a bigger square footage apartment so I didn't go with Phoenix. I was impressed with how well kept up it was for the age of the property (approximately 80s). Beautiful mature trees and plants. One of the staff has a true passion for gardening and you can see that in the landscaping around the office. My companion that was with me was satisfied with the property, having been a building commissioner, architect, and realtor.
Management
Great and friendly interaction. I reached out via Zillow 2 days ago and received no response, 1 day via their website, I had to call to get an appointment. But once called everything went smoothly.
