Many of these single bedroom units feature the original hardwood floors that were once a part of a luxurious ballroom and theater. What was once the social club's bar and bowling alley has been repurposed into an under the building parking garage. A rooftop deck allows tenants to relax and entertain by utilizing the patio furniture and gas BBQ. The in-house coin-operated laundry adds an extra layer of convenience for tenants. The Uptown Lofts has their own onsite property management and maintenance staff. Each unit controls their own HVAC since individual tenants' comfort is paramount.
