This unit is an end unit with good-sized bedrooms, spacious living are, lots of storage inside and an eat-in kitchen. Owner prefers long-term renters. Photos are of a similar unit in the same building. Water and Sewer are paid by the owner and Tenant is responsible for all other utilities.
